The University of Manitoba, established 140 years ago, is the first university in western Canada and is situated at the heart of the country. It is the largest and only research-intensive university in the region, offering over 100 degrees, diplomas, and certificates, with more than 60 available at the undergraduate level, including professional programs in medicine, law, and engineering.
