The University of Texas at Dallas is a public research institution located in Richardson, Texas, at the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With nearly 30,000 students, approximately 30% of whom are pursuing graduate degrees, UT Dallas is part of The University of Texas System and collaborates strategically with other universities, businesses, and nonprofits. In 2021, UT Dallas, in partnership with Texas Instruments and UT Southwestern Medical Center, launched a new collaborative facility to advance research in bioengineering and address unmet biomedical needs.
