University of Minnesota Fellowship is a fully funded scholarship for international students. This scholarship is offered for Masters studies. This scholarship offers Full tuition cost, Living expenses, Travel and health insurance. 

Who Can Apply?

1. Language Proficiency: English proficiency required. Submit valid TOEFL (minimum 600 paper-based, 250 computer-based, or 100 Internet-based, with 22 in each section) or IELTS (minimum 7) scores.

2. Eligibile Country: Open to applicants worldwide with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.

3. Program Entry: Must meet the academic requirements for entry into the MDP program.

4. Academic & Professional Record: A strong academic and professional background is necessary.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with experience in extracurriculars, community service, or entrepreneurial activities.

6. Financial Need: Must show an inability to self-fund studies through personal resources.

7. Educational Background: While no specific field is required, a liberal arts background with strong quantitative and analytical skills is recommended for success. Previous courses in mathematics, statistics, and economics are beneficial.

8. GRE Score: A valid GRE score is required; no minimum score specified.

9. Supporting Documents:

   • HR letter from current employer showing salary or, if unemployed, a recent bank statement.
   • Two recommendation letters.
   • Copy of the passport ID page.
   • Recent resume.
   • Transcripts of all completed undergraduate and graduate coursework (if applicable).
   • One personal photo.

• Check Application Deadlines: To ensure your application is processed efficiently, we strongly recommend that you submit your completed application and all required materials at least two weeks before your application deadline.
