Who Can Apply?

• Applicants should be among the top performers in their undergraduate cohort or be on track to achieve a first-class UK degree or its equivalent.
• Candidates who hold a Master’s degree must have attained a distinction or provide strong evidence of exceptional performance that is expected to result in a distinction.
• For those with multiple standalone Master’s degrees, a distinction must have been obtained in the one most relevant to their intended Ph.D. research.
• Applicants with degrees from international institutions are strongly encouraged to verify whether their grades or scores align with the required eligibility criteria.

Application Procedure

3. Prepare Application Documents: Gather the necessary documents, including:

Notification dates based on application deadlines:

• Applications submitted by 4 November 2024 (23:59 UK time) – Scholarship decisions will be communicated by the end of January 2025.
• Applications submitted by 9 January 2025 (23:59 UK time) – Successful candidates will be informed by the end of March 2025.
• Applications submitted by 10 March 2025 (23:59 UK time) – Scholarship recipients will receive notifications by the end of May 2025.
