    • For Application Pool 1: Apply through the Agency’s online system and ensure nomination by the national competent authority.

    • For Application Pool 2: Submit the online application along with a recommendation letter from a Croatian language professor.

    • Completed application form

    • Copy of passport or ID

    • Europass-format Curriculum Vitae (CV)

    • Letter of Interest (1-2 pages)

    • Proof of enrollment at home institution

    • Academic transcripts (last two semesters)

    • Recommendation letters (1-2, depending on the program)

    • Letter of Invitation from a Croatian host institution (for research and PhD applicants)
