Overview

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program, Advanced Materials for Innovative Recycling (AMIR-EM), is designed to equip the next generation of chemists, material scientists, and engineers with specialized skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. This program prepares students to work in the 21st-century raw materials sector, focusing on advanced materials, sustainability, and recycling within the framework of a circular economy.

This two-year program, part of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) initiative, offers students the opportunity to study at six renowned partner universities across Europe, making it a truly international experience. The scholarship is fully funded, covering all tuition fees and offering a monthly stipend, health insurance, and access to various networking opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

• Open to students from all nationalities.
• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of advanced knowledge in chemistry or related fields.
• Selection will be based on various factors, including:
  • Academic background
  • Motivation letter
  • Language proficiency
  • Relevant work experience
  • Entrepreneurial potential
• English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent), unless exempt based on nationality.

What Financial Support is Available?

• Full tuition fees coverage for the entire 2-year program.
• A monthly stipend of €1,400 to support accommodation and living expenses.
