The following requirements must be met by all applicants:
Identification Document: Submit a copy of your passport (for non-European citizens) or European ID card (for EU citizens). The document must be official, include a photograph, and display personal details (first name, surname, date, and place of birth) in English, as found in passports. It is advisable that the document remains valid throughout the entire duration of the master’s program. (PDF)

Diploma: Include your final university diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and official transcripts. The diploma must align with at least National Framework Qualifications level 8 or European Qualifications Framework level 6. If not in English, attach a certified translation with the university's official stamp. (PDF)
Curriculum Vitae (CV): Highlight your professional qualifications, work experience, completed projects, job roles, responsibilities, and skills in game design or production. (PDF)
Motivation Letter: Write a detailed letter explaining your interest in the REPLAY program, addressing topics you wish to explore, your preferred game projects, your goals for the program, and the experiences you want to create. (Limit: 3,000 characters, excluding spaces) (PDF)
Recommendation Letters: Provide two or three recommendation letters. These should include the referee’s contact details, be signed, and, if possible, include a business email address and telephone number. (PDF)
Post-Mortem: Submit a critical analysis of a project you worked on (e.g., game, event, art, or technical project). Include your motivation, reflection, key lessons, and, for team projects, your role and teamwork insights. Add post-mortems for up to two game projects in your portfolio, detailing what went well, what went wrong, and the lessons learned. (Max: 2,000 characters per project, excluding spaces) (PDF)
Showreel: Upload a 1-minute video showcasing selected projects that demonstrate your interest in games or game-related skills. Non-game projects, like art, may also be included if relevant. Add subtitles to clarify your role in group projects. (Link)
Portfolio: Provide a PDF portfolio that may include links to additional materials such as a personal website, itch.io, or Steam. These links will be reviewed as necessary. (PDF)
