Overview

The Trinity Leadership Fellows Program is designed to support individuals who use faith-based approaches to leadership. While the program emphasizes Christian leadership, it is open to applicants from all faiths who demonstrate the potential to lead with faith-inspired values. Through workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, fellows will gain insights into effective leadership practices and explore new ways of addressing community challenges.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must meet the following criteria to apply:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Technical Requirements: Stable internet access throughout the fellowship year.
• Travel Availability: Ability to travel to New York City in September 2025, with necessary visas secured.

Application Procedure

Interested applicants must follow these steps to complete their application:

1. Create an Account: Register on the application portal using a valid email address.

2. Submit Required Documents:

   • Short Resume (no longer than 2 pages).
   • Biographical Profile (100 words): Write a professional bio suitable for public sharing.
   • Short-Answer Question (200 words): Describe a situation where you led or supported a group to address a challenge or seize an opportunity, highlighting your faith and interpersonal skills.
   • Essay Question (500 words): Share your leadership journey shaped by your faith, including personal examples, sacrifices, and the values that guide you. End with your goals for the fellowship.
