The World House Fellowship offers the transformative experience you've been looking for! Rondine Cittadella della Pace, an Italy-based organization, is dedicated to reducing violent conflicts globally through its innovative approach to conflict transformation. Nestled in a picturesque medieval village in Tuscany, between Rome and Florence, Rondine provides a unique setting for both personal and professional growth.
The World House Fellowship includes a one-year Master’s program at esteemed Italian universities, alongside in-depth training in conflict transformation and leadership. This fellowship is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to make a tangible social impact within your community.
Currently, the World House Fellowship hosts 30 fellows from regions such as the Balkans, Caucasus, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America. As a fellow, you will be part of a vibrant, multicultural environment and join a global network of young leaders committed to making a difference.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the World House Fellowship, applicants must:
- Be aged 21 to 28.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or anticipate graduation by July 2025 (Master’s graduates are also eligible).
- Have experience in civic engagement, either at the local or international level.
- Italian is the primary language for communication during the program. Applicants will undergo a three-month intensive Italian language and culture course. A working knowledge of English is also required for full participation in the training.

Interested applicants must submit the following documents as part of their application:
- Completed Application Form: Available for download on the official program website.
- Passport Copy: Must be valid until at least December 2026.
- Motivation Letter: A detailed statement outlining why the candidate is a strong fit for the fellowship, their dedication to social change, and their future vision.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume: Detailing educational, professional, and extracurricular accomplishments.
- Academic Diploma Copy: A certified copy of the most recent degree obtained.
- Rondine Project Proposal Form: A detailed proposal describing a social impact project the candidate plans to develop during or after the program.
- Recommendation Letter(s): At least one letter of recommendation from an academic or professional reference.
- Signed Notice on Personal Data Protection: A required document provided by the program to ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
