There are two ways to apply for the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Scholarship, depending on your country of residence:
International Selection Procedure: If you are from a focus country (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Latin America, etc.), submit your application directly to the KAS office responsible for your region. For more details, visit the KAS website.
Domestic Selection Procedure: If you are already living or studying in Germany, apply through the online application system on the KAS website. Ensure all documents are uploaded online; physical documents will not be accepted.
