- For graduate students, the International Graduate Warhawk Scholarship demands a GPA of 3.0 or higher for new students, with TOEFL IBT scores of 76+, TOEFL ITP/PBT: 540+, or IELTS: 6.5+. Current graduate students must maintain a GPA of 3.5 to be eligible.
