This program supports international students wishing to study at Canadian universities at the bachelor's, master's, or doctoral level. Its goal is to assist talented students and foster the development of French-speaking communities in Canada by attracting skilled individuals globally. Selected students receive an annual $35,000 stipend for their studies. This program, funded entirely by the Canadian government, has been administered by the consortium of the Canadian Bureau for International Education and World University Service of Canada since January 1, 2015.
