Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing engaging, informative, and inspiring content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience of prospective students and parents. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing content that drives engagement and strengthens our brand presence in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and video channels.
- Develop engaging educational content focusing on studying abroad, covering topics like university applications, scholarships, cultural adaptation, and student success stories.
- Craft visually appealing multimedia content, including short videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
Content Planning & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice.
- Conduct research on industry trends, student interests, and competitive landscapes to inform content creation.
Audience Engagement:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and approachable manner.
- Foster a supportive digital environment that encourages student interaction and discussion.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement rates, views, shares, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and reach.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent Uniplus Global Education in digital content, including hosting webinars, creating educational videos, and delivering informative live sessions.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s values and maintains a high level of professionalism and authenticity.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong on-camera presence and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content.
- Knowledge of the study abroad process or educational consultancy industry.
