Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Documentation Executive to join our Kochi office. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting study abroad programs, managing client relationships, and handling critical documentation tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in handling digital records, and the ability to ensure the accuracy and security of student data. Proficiency in Malayalam is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Engage with prospective students and their families to promote Uniplus Global’s study abroad services.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advice about university programs, courses, and application processes.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.

Documentation Management:

  • Handle and manage student documents securely in the digital space, ensuring data privacy and integrity.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa guidelines.
  • Coordinate with students and internal teams to collect necessary documents promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of client documents and ensure timely submissions to relevant institutions.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with data protection regulations and company policies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, offering guidance and support throughout the study abroad process.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Provide regular updates on application status and documentation progress.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction histories in the company’s CRM and documentation systems.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to client onboarding, document processing, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
  • Previous experience in sales or documentation roles within an educational consultancy or similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in handling digital documents and maintaining secure data records.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
