About the Halcyon EquityTech Fellowship 2025

The Halcyon Fellowship is designed to support ventures that are building technology-based solutions focused on creating equitable access to education and employment opportunities. The 2025 program runs for eight weeks, starting in September 2025, and includes a virtual kickoff followed by an immersive in-person residency in Washington, DC.

Fellows will undergo hands-on training on leadership development, product-market fit, and investment readiness, all based on Halcyon’s proven startup methodology.

Who Should Apply?

This program is perfect for entrepreneurs with a scalable MVP (Minimum Viable Product) focused on:

EdTech: Innovations improving learning access, digital education tools, AI-based teaching solutions, and platforms removing financial barriers to education.
Future of Work: Technologies for workforce development, inclusive hiring, AI-powered reskilling tools, and digital platforms promoting equal job opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Halcyon EquityTech Fellowship 2025, applicants must:

Be the founder, CEO, or hold primary decision-making authority
Be at least 21 years old by the program start
Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and be working full-time on the venture
Be fluent in English
Be committed to attending all program activities
Have a venture aligned with one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
