This fellowship is designed to strengthen judicial systems globally by fostering a network of legal professionals committed to upholding justice. In collaboration with the National Center for State Courts and the University of Virginia, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum blending theoretical insights with practical applications.
Participants will engage in interactive sessions, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning to develop their critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and understanding of the rule of law.

The program is open to early- to mid-career judges and magistrates from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Eligible candidates should possess:
Five to seven years of experience in handling civil or criminal cases.
A strong dedication to judicial ethics and the rule of law.
Proven leadership qualities in the judiciary.
A willingness to apply and share new knowledge to improve legal frameworks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English.
This program is fully funded, covering travel, accommodation, group meals, and program-related admissions for the entire fellowship duration.
