In an interconnected world, no challenge exists in isolation. A global pandemic can disrupt supply chains, climate change can impact economies, and digital divides can both stem from and contribute to societal unrest. To lead effectively in this landscape, professionals must develop a deep understanding of the complex forces shaping our societies and economies.
The Mid Career Fellowship equips today’s leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). As digital transformation continues to influence industries and governance, this fellowship helps professionals anticipate, adapt, and embrace change while aligning their goals with an evolving digital world.
The Mid Career Fellowship is a prestigious seven-month program designed for 15 global mid-career professionals working in the Internet ecosystem. Running from June to December, the fellowship provides access to top educational institutions and expert mentors, offering a holistic learning experience that combines theory with practical applications.
The fellowship is divided into five key modules, each consisting of live lectures, assessments, and case studies. The program concludes with a symposium where fellows present their projects and insights gained throughout their journey.
