Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Spectrum Scholars Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a rising junior graduating between May 2027 and August 2027, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Demonstrate financial need.

  • Be willing to explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum.

  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

  • Have U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship.

  • Be able to participate in and successfully complete all program-related activities.

  • Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office located in Stamford, CT; Charlotte, NC; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; or Austin, TX.
