The Vital Voices Global Fellowship (VVGF) 2025 is now open for applications! This prestigious 10-month program is designed to empower women leaders across various sectors by enhancing their leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful change.

Program Overview

VVGF is structured around two specialized pillars:

VV Venture: Focuses on equipping social entrepreneurs with the skills needed to scale their impact.
VV Engage: Supports women in public leadership roles to drive policy changes and governance reforms.

While these pillars provide sector-specific training, the program also encourages cross-sector collaboration, enabling participants to work together on solutions that contribute to systemic change. Through this initiative, Vital Voices aims to amplify the efforts of women tackling global challenges and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Key Fellowship Benefits

Selected fellows will receive:

Leadership Development: Access to the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a structured curriculum to strengthen leadership skills.
Specialized Training: Tailored learning opportunities for social entrepreneurs (VV Venture) and public leaders (VV Engage).
Global Networking: Connection to the Vital Voices Community Hub and Vital Voices Global Network, providing mentorship, peer learning, and strategic partnerships.

In-Person Convening: A gathering in Q3 of 2025 (location to be announced) to foster deeper engagement and networking.
Certificate of Completion: Official recognition upon successfully finishing the program.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for VVGF 2025, applicants must:

Identify as a woman
Be proficient in English, as all sessions will be conducted in English
Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
Demonstrate a commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through leadership, entrepreneurship, or public service
Be willing to actively participate and engage with a diverse network of women leaders
Meet the specific criteria for their chosen pillar (VV Venture or VV Engage)

Application Deadline: April 15, 2025
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a follow-up interview.
Final Decisions: Successful applicants will be notified by May 2025.
