Paid Fellowship in Education Technology – Gain Hands-On EdTech Experience!

Curriculum Associates (CA) is offering an exciting six-month, full-time paid fellowship in the field of education technology. This competitive program provides hands-on experience in EdTech and data services, along with mentorship, professional development, and collaboration with industry experts. The fellowship is ideal for individuals passionate about educational technology, data management, and customer support. Program Details

  • Location: Remote (US)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Program Duration: July 14, 2025 – December 19, 2025

  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour (non-negotiable)


Program Structure

The fellowship consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Back-to-School Season (July – September)

Fellows will support the Provisioning Data Services (PDS) team, which oversees student rostering for the i-Ready platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing auto-rostering technology and handling rostering needs for school districts across the country.

  • Directly assisting educators in troubleshooting rostering and technical issues.

  • Contributing to district-specific projects to ensure a smooth transition for teachers and students at the start of the school year.

Phase 2: Rotation Placement (October – December)

Fellows will transition into a different Curriculum Associates department, gaining exposure to various aspects of EdTech. Possible rotation placements include:

  • Marketing

  • Editorial

  • Product Operations

  • Other areas based on availability and qualifications

During this phase, fellows will collaborate with industry professionals, engaging in strategic projects and initiatives within their assigned teams.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Co-op student or recent college graduate

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using various functions

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in technical and fast-paced environments

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
