About the BUILD Fellowship

This program is designed to accelerate the careers of talented individuals by offering them the chance to work across various teams and business functions. BUILD Fellows will rotate through a series of assignments in both internal and client-adjacent roles, helping them gain real-world experience while developing crucial business skills.

Locations

The BUILD Fellowship is currently available in Atlanta, Boston, and New York.

What You’ll Gain

As a BUILD Fellow, you will:

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the 2025 BUILD Fellowship, applicants must:

  • Be in the final year of an undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative or analytical field.

  • Have earned their degree from a select public college or university in Georgia, Massachusetts, or New York. (Check the job application for the complete list of eligible schools.)

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Be team-oriented and able to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

  • Communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
