Application Process & Timeline

Stage 1: Early Application Window (Jan 1 – Feb 28, 2025)

Complete the Fellowships & Grants application form.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted candidates will be notified within 30 days.

Stage 2: Extended Application Window (Mar 1 – Apr 30, 2025)

If you missed the early deadline, you can still apply.
Applications submitted in this period will be reviewed as soon as possible.

Stage 3: Interviews & Final Selection (Till May 30, 2025)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an introductory call with the OSV Team.
Selected candidates will proceed to in-depth discussions with the team and extended network.
Final decisions will be announced by June 1, 2025.

Fellowship Kick-Off (July 1, 2025 Onwards)

Selected Fellows and Grantees will begin their one-year journey, equipped with funding, mentorship, and support.
