HENNGE’s Global Internship Program 2025 in Japan: A Fully Funded Tech Experience

HENNGE’s Global Internship Program (GIP) offers students and early-career professionals an opportunity to work alongside experienced Cloud Product Development engineers in a dynamic, international environment. Taking place at HENNGE’s Shibuya headquarters in Tokyo, this 4-6 week internship is designed for aspiring Full Stack and Front-End Software Engineers eager to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Gain from HENNGE’s Global Internship Program

Interns will work on real-world projects using Python, Go, and/or TypeScript, while also leveraging leading cloud platforms such as AWS. With English as the primary working language, no Japanese proficiency is required. The program fosters technical and professional growth in an inclusive, global setting.


Internship Details

  • Host Country: Japan

  • Location: Shibuya headquarters, Tokyo

  • Duration: 4 to 6 weeks

  • Eligibility: Open to international students and professionals

Internship Batches for 2025

Applicants must specify their preferred batch when applying:

  • Batch 1: June 2 – July 11 (6 weeks)

  • Batch 4: August 1 – September 12 (6 weeks)

  • Batch 5: November 17 – December 19 (5 weeks)


Internship Fields

Interns can choose between:

  • Full Stack Software Engineering

  • Front-End Software Engineering

  • Technologies: Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Vue, AWS, and Terraform


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (third-year students and above are welcome) OR equivalent experience from a tech internship or bootcamp

  • Language: Fluency in English (Japanese not required)

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Linux/MacOS/Unix-like environments

  • Additional Interests: Open-source contributions or active participation in tech communities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in working in Japan

  • Knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, and full-stack web development

  • Experience with AWS, Terraform, and server-side programming
