The International Innovation Corps (IIC) India Fellowship Program, based at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, is an exceptional social impact initiative. It aims to develop young professionals with a passion for solving complex societal challenges using data-driven, innovative approaches. The IIC brings together diverse teams to partner with public and social sector organizations in India, helping them design, implement, and sustain solutions that drive large-scale impact.

Through its unique model, the IIC fosters collaboration across various sectors and backgrounds, with Project Associates from diverse academic and professional fields. These teams work directly with governments and development organizations to tackle pressing issues, conduct diagnostics, pilot new solutions, and revamp systems for sustainable, measurable change. IIC fellows gain extensive support and mentorship, acting as Project Management Units (PMUs) to ensure that their work delivers tangible outcomes in the social and development sectors.

The fellowship provides an excellent leadership development platform, offering training, mentorship, and resources from the University of Chicago, preparing fellows to become future leaders in the global social impact sector. The IIC India Fellowship is a one-year program, placing teams of motivated young professionals in various Indian government, non-profit, and social organizations to implement innovative development projects.
