Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam.

Age: Not older than 35 years as of September 1, 2025.
Academic Excellence: Demonstrated excellent academic results (e.g., being in the top 5% of applicants).
No Prior Education in the Netherlands: Applicants should not have previously studied in a degree-seeking program in the Netherlands.
