What is the Trinity Leadership Fellows Program?
The Trinity Leadership Fellows Program is designed to support individuals who use faith-based approaches to leadership. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Technical Requirements: Stable internet access throughout the fellowship year.
- Travel Availability: Ability to travel to New York City in September 2025 with the necessary visa arrangements.
In addition to the above requirements, applicants must demonstrate:

Application Procedure
Interested applicants must follow these steps to complete their application:

- Short Resume (no longer than 2 pages).
- Biographical Profile (100 words): Write a professional bio suitable for public sharing.
- Short-Answer Question (200 words): Describe a situation where you led or supported a group to address a challenge or seize an opportunity, highlighting your faith and interpersonal skills.
- Essay Question (500 words): Share your leadership journey shaped by your faith, including personal examples, sacrifices, and the values that guide you. End with your goals for the fellowship.
