What is the World House Fellowship?

The World House Fellowship combines a one-year Master’s program at prestigious Italian universities with advanced training in conflict transformation and leadership. It equips participants with the skills needed to address global challenges and drive meaningful social impact.

Rondine is dedicated to reducing violent conflicts through innovative approaches, fostering dialogue, and building a global network of changemakers. As a fellow, you’ll join a vibrant, multicultural community of young leaders from regions such as the Balkans, Caucasus, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the World House Fellowship, applicants must:

Be aged 21 to 28.
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or anticipate graduation by July 2025 (Master’s graduates are also eligible).
Have experience in civic engagement, either at the local or international level.
