- Education Plan: Commit to earning a bachelor’s degree at an accredited non-profit institution in the U.S. (Students may start at a two-year college and transfer to a four-year institution).
- Financial Need: Demonstrate critical financial need with an adjusted gross family income of $55,000 or less.
- Community Involvement: Be actively engaged in co-curricular and community service activities.
- Resilience: Show integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity.
- Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
- Citizenship: Be a United States citizen.
