These scholarships aim to support talented students who wish to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster, located in London, UK.
Benefits
- This scholarship is designed to support students from Black and Mixed Black backgrounds during their studies at the University of Westminster. For those who do not meet this specific criterion, other scholarships are available.
- The scholarship provides a total of £15,000 over three years, with £5,000 awarded each year, contingent upon the student progressing to the next academic year and completing the required career development sessions.
- The funds are disbursed in two installments per academic year: £2,500 in October and £2,500 in February. Alternatively, the scholarship may be applied directly to your tuition fees, paid in November each year. Students on a repeat year or undertaking a placement/sandwich year will not receive the annual allowance.

- Your household income, as assessed by the Student Loans Company, should be £25,000 or lower. Applicants who already hold an Honors degree are ineligible.
- The selection process takes financial need and a personal statement into account.
- Additionally, this scholarship is specifically available to individuals of African-American or mixed-race descent.
Application Process
Please note that scholarships are limited, and fulfilling the eligibility requirements does not guarantee an award. All eligible applications will be reviewed by a selection panel, which will evaluate each candidate's academic performance, personal situation, and responses to the application questions. The panel understands that applicants possess a diverse range of skills, experiences, and attributes, so they will take all factors into account.
