The Think Big Postgraduate Award, offered by the University of Bristol, is a scholarship designed to support talented international students pursuing a master’s degree. This award helps to reduce financial barriers by covering partial tuition fees, with scholarship amounts ranging from £5,000 to £20,000. The scholarship is open to students from all nationalities outside of the UK and EU who have received an offer to study a full-time postgraduate program at the University of Bristol.

In addition to financial assistance, the Think Big Postgraduate Award also provides students with access to career and employability support, networking opportunities, and events, helping recipients make the most of their time at the university.

Benefits

Postgraduate students for September 2024 entry:
- 5 x £20,000 scholarships
- 10 x £10,000 scholarships
- 20 x £5,000 scholarships
The awards can only be used as fee waivers towards the cost of tuition fees.

Eligibility Criteria

You can apply if you:

are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes
have applied to start:
- any one-year, full-time taught master's programme,
- or one of our eligible two-year programmes, (MSc Social Work and MA Law), starting in September 2024.

You do not need to have an offer to study before submitting an international scholarship application.

Application Process

Please follow these steps to apply for this scholarship:

Apply to the university via UCAS, as you will need your student ID.
Complete and submit the application for the Think Big Scholarship.

Note: This is a general application form used for multiple scholarships. Your eligibility for other scholarships will automatically be assessed as well.
