Benefits

Université Paris-Saclay Scholarships offer recipients the following benefits:

  • The scholarship provides €10,000 per year, disbursed by Université Paris-Saclay over a 10-month period during the academic year (from September to June).
  • Up to €1,000 may be awarded to cover travel and visa costs, depending on the recipient’s country of origin.
  • Scholarship recipients will receive both the scholarship funds and any applicable travel expenses upon arrival in France and after enrolling in their admitted program.

Eligibility criteria

Eligible candidates include:

  • Students admitted to a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay, with administrative enrolment at one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UVSQ, UEVE, or Paris-Sud University. Additionally, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
    • Newly arrived international students, aged 30 or younger in the selection year.
    • International students who have been in France for less than a year and are enrolled or were previously enrolled in a non-certifying training course or internship.
    • International students residing in France for less than a year who are taking language courses, such as FFL (French as a Foreign Language).
    • Students who have previously been in France for a study mobility program (e.g., Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange programs) that did not result in certification.

Ineligible candidates include:

  • Students who are currently or have been previously enrolled in a French higher education institution, with the exception of international students enrolled in a French institution abroad.
  • Individuals who have had a break in their studies for more than two consecutive years.

Application Process

To apply for this scholarship, please follow these instructions:

  1. Create an account and submit your application on the university’s application platform via this link.
  2. If you are selected for a Master’s program, you will receive an email with a link to an online scholarship application form.
  3. To apply, complete the online form and provide the names of two references (e.g., professors, internship supervisors) who are willing to submit recommendations on your behalf.
  4. Each reference will receive an email link to an online recommendation form. They must complete and submit this form before the scholarship deadline.
  5. You will receive notifications when each reference submits their form.
  6. Your application will be considered complete only once both recommendation forms have been submitted.
  7. Please note that you will not receive confirmation that the entire application is complete.
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure both references submit their forms by the deadline mentioned in the invitation email.

Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be automatically disqualified.

Important Dates

  • Deadline: May 03, 2024
    • Candidate selection deadline by the training manager: April 30, 2024
    • After being selected, deadline for applying for the scholarship: May 03, 2024
    •  Deadline for the reception of the recommendations from the 2 referees, and closure of the call: May 07 2024
    • Announcement of the results: end of June 2024
