Benefits 

Boston University Presidential Scholarship provides $25,000 per academic year to international undergraduate applicants.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Boston University Presidential Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligible Countries: All world countries
  • Rank in the top 5% of their high school class.
  • Have SAT scores above 1500 and ACT scores above 33.
  • Have shown incredible extracurricular achievements in their schools and communities.
  • International students are considered for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must be an incoming first-year student at Boston university.

Application Process

To apply to Boston University, students need to complete the Common Application or Coalition Application. They must submit their admission application along with all required documents, which include:

  • High school records (transcripts and senior year grades),
  • English proficiency scores (TOEFL or IELTS),
  • Standardized test scores (SAT or ACT),
  • A copy of the passport's data page,
  • A counselor recommendation and school report,
  • A teacher recommendation, and
  • Financial support documentation.

Note: No additional essays or application forms are necessary. However, to be eligible for the Presidential Scholarship, students must submit official SAT or ACT scores.
