  • An award of $9,000 for undergraduate students with a minimum GPA of 3.75 and doctoral students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the International Merit Scholarship at ETSU, students must meet certain academic and residency requirements:

  1. Non-U.S. Citizenship: This scholarship is exclusively for non-U.S. citizens or those without permanent residency in the United States.
