Application Cycles

QECS applications are accepted twice a year:

Cycle 1: Opens in November/December
Cycle 2: Opens in March/April

Applicants may apply more than once if interested in studying in different countries, but only one application per cycle is allowed.

What Does the QECS Scholarship Cover?

Full tuition fees
Monthly living allowance (stipend) for the entire duration of the program
Return economy airfare to the host country
One-time arrival allowance
Research Support Grant (optional; based on approval)

(Note: Only the listed courses are eligible for funding.)
Visit the university’s website linked in the scholarship list to read about your chosen program.
Submit your QECS application by clicking the ‘Apply now’ button. You’ll be redirected to the login page of the ACU portal.
- If you’re new, create a myACU account by clicking ‘Get started’.
In addition to the QECS application, apply directly to the university for admission to the chosen program.
