To apply for the Master Mind Scholarships 2025, candidates must:
Be an international student (non-Belgian nationality)
Apply for a Master’s program at a participating Flemish institution
Have a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or equivalent
Demonstrate strong English proficiency (via IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent tests)
Receive admission from the university before being nominated
Not receive any other Flemish government scholarship or Erasmus Mundus funding
Prepare the following documents for your application:

Copy of a valid passport
Passport-size photograph
Academic transcripts and Bachelor's degree certificate
Proof of English proficiency
Motivation letter
Two letters of recommendation
Acceptance letter from the host university (after application submission)
