Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Master Mind Scholarships 2025, candidates must:

  • Be an international student (non-Belgian nationality)

  • Apply for a Master’s program at a participating Flemish institution

  • Have a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or equivalent

  • Demonstrate strong English proficiency (via IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent tests)

  • Receive admission from the university before being nominated

  • Not receive any other Flemish government scholarship or Erasmus Mundus funding


Required Documents

Prepare the following documents for your application:

  • Online application form (via the Mobility-Online platform)

  • Copy of a valid passport

  • Passport-size photograph

  • Academic transcripts and Bachelor's degree certificate

  • Proof of English proficiency

  • Motivation letter

  • Two letters of recommendation

  • Acceptance letter from the host university (after application submission)
